Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
Your item(s) must be in new condition with tags still attached and free from odors, stains, or any other user damage/wear/tear.
We do not offer refunds at this time. You do however have 5 days to report an issue with a product (damage/broken). It will be replaced with an item on hand or a store credit.
Yes, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, and sale/clearance items.
Shipping charges (both original and return) are the customer's responsibility.
